How to upload wordpress in to my server and how to run the install.php file? - how to install boat floor
My server is free hosting servers and added in WordPress to my server via FTP. But now I can run the install.php. I deleted the index.html file already on the server and run install.php but it seems that 403 Forbidden. So, I think wordpress couldnt find in the root directory, please help me solve this problem.

If the server offers access to a database, PHP and MySQL, you can use WordPress. Period.
And you need to create the database before running Setup.
