Could daily exercise help prevent migraines? - daily migraines
I suffer from migraines since the age of 14 years. Nothing helps us all, I've tried. I like my life, and wondered whether daily exercise and keep the body hydrated can help .. Other ideas would be very grateful .. Thank you!

Daily exercise will ever be an overall improvement in general health and well paid. But when you identify the key, the trigger for your migraines may have a better chance to avoid or reduce the incidence of headache.
For example, I also suffer from migraines acknowledged, but quickly that they were of my time just before the (part caused my PMS), milk and coffee. I drink soy milk, or rarely me coffee. I also take medication for the pain as soon as the light of migraine aura before my time.
May depend on the cause of migraines. One might also ask your dentist for TMJ problems checked. Try to get massages on a regular basis. You see, when you increase something, food or air are allergic things. The chocolate and citrus fruits in your diet. Migraine is a set of triggers.
Some parts of cups of strong coffee for me. And then in a room dark and quiet place .... Caffeine restricts blood vessels in the brain, hence the migraines disappeared.
