How Long Is Conviction For Rape In Illinois Multiple Felony Counts Of Rape?

Multiple felony counts of rape? - how long is conviction for rape in illinois

I read about a man in Ohio, which was recently accused of a criminal attack, in three cases of rape and one point of the kidnapping.
I have two questions:
Firstly, his first conviction, how long do you think will happen in prison that? I know I can not answer with certainty, because you do not have all the facts, just wanted to just express their opinions.
Secondly, how can you with three points of something such as rape made in this case into account. ?

Thanks

The first question, it depends if convicted on all counts. In most states, the violation involves between 20 years ago sentenced to life imprisonment. Another factor is whether the court decides to impose concurrent or consecutive sentences.

The second question that a rape committed on three separate occasions. If someone kidnapped, sexually abused this person could over several days. When sexually abused a person who is considered a separate offense and duly taken into account.

Sounds like someone abducted, beaten and raped three times. I did not send him to prison, I shot in the back when he gives a verdict.

In my state, would be sentenced to life imprisonment.

In three cases, the injury occurs when three different crime was committed, in the same person or other victims.

Several victims are more fees ... First-time offenders may not have much time, but certainly is as a sex offenders register.

Now, without knowledge of the facts can, I'm just speculating, I do not find touch, the length of time spent in prison, because I have no idea what the statues of the State. Since the 3-heads are removed from the brief description of the person concerned, a person with violence (gun, knife, etc.) - probably 3 times violated if she had held for 3 days and raped her clear once daily, or had in one day and raped her 3 times on that day once for each time he raped her made into account.
